Kindergarten Graduation

Mason had his Kindergarten graduation Monday morning.  We still have a couple more weeks of school, but they were all so excited for their program.

Too big.

We are so very proud of him.  He has done so well this year.
He went from struggling with letters to reading, not knowing much math to loving math, from pulling clips everyday for talking to learning to keep that little mouth shut. =)

He has made a ton of new friends and loved every day of school.
We have had a great year!

He was very excited his Dad was getting to walk him to school.

Mrs. Lavelle is amazing and did such a great job.
Their table cloth for the food was decorated by the kids.  Mason's said "I like to do my work.  When I do my work, I can play outside."

She gave us their portfolios of work done throughout the year.
Mason drew our family in our house.

The program was wonderful.  Each Kindergarten class had their own programs, so each kid got a lot of involvement.  They each had 2-3 speaking lines.  They all did PERFECT and were so proud of themselves.

Getting his diploma.

Mason worked hard to learn his lines weeks ago.
He was so excited for us to see it all.

Walking back to his spot like a hawk.

Grandma and Grandpa were supposed to be on the road to Houston, but they delayed their trip to come.  We were so glad they were all able to be there!

Mickey Mouse may have cried a couple of times during that sweet, little program.  =)

Love our big boy.

Mrs. Lavelle.
Best.  Teacher.  Ever.

The music teacher, Mrs. Millican

Mason and his best buds, Luke and Ethan.

Mason was able to get checked out the rest of the day.
We got him a little bucket of goodies for graduating.  He was so shocked.

After a million "y'all shouldn't have gotten this much stuff", I think he was finally able to enjoy it.  =)
