Brody has started taking speech. He had been going to Jana Hacker for about three weeks, but then got into Collierville's public school system. This was our last visit (at least for now) at private speech. You can see he enjoys going!
Mason had a great week at school last week and got to pick dinner.
Chinese for the fortune cookies win.
They were begging us to let them sleep in Mason's room.
How sweet was this Saturday morning?!?!
Working on our soccer skills.
Just a normal day around here...
Brody was VERY excited to start speech at Bubba's school. He gets to walk with them on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Speech is from 9-9:30, and then he goes to his school.
Thankful for our awesome Mickey Mouse that takes him!
Homework is a little different in 2016...
Brody got to decorate his speech folder for homework.
No one tells you about all the anxiety as your child gets older!! Waiting for Mason's grades to pull up killed me. But so thankful he is doing so well with his schoolwork!
John was out of town this week. He was able to go to Pebble Beach to play golf for work. The boys were so great all week. They even watched football with me last night.
Mason didn't have the best week in school regarding conduct. If you ask me, he is just a 6 year old boy, but his teacher thought otherwise. He has been so wonderful ever since and tried so hard to be perfect at school. He has also learned, some teachers are more strict than others and regardless, we have to respect that.
The poor guy has been so nervous each day (that he doesn't pull another clip this week) so I have been sending notes in his lunch. I don't really know how much he likes them, but they make me laugh every time. =)
Meanwhile, John has been in California where the weather is perfect! 70 and sunny.
This is the famous tree on the Pebble Beach logo.
I mean how beautiful is this?!?!
He said it was a wonderful few days and so thankful for the opportunity.
But I know two boys who were so happy to have him home.
But only one was happy to take a football Friday picture!
Yay for a long weekend.
We had Mexican with Ben and Melissa tonight.
That's as much excitement as we've seen in a while on a Friday night.
And we even ended it with ice cream!!!
We are getting wild over here waiting on Ole Miss football to start!
