Got my second Covid vaccine.
Don't ask about symptoms 12 hours later. Fever, chills, sweats, shakes - all of it.
But thankfully, it was gone the next day.
Little Emma had to go under to have her teeth cleaned and five teeth extracted.
It was a rough day for her too!
They won and he scored a two point conversion.
We finally decided to finish our kitchen reno. We did the floors last March and never got around to the rest of the kitchen due to Covid. Well, it was time!
Here is the before....
It is a process but countertops was the first step.
LOVE the sink!
Neighborhood boys were enjoying the warm weather!
Plumber finally came on that Friday.
Who knew water in the kitchen was so important!
The island extends a little further out and we have a real overhang for a barstool.
Kids LOVE eating here.
Took the boys out to Horizon 76 which we love. They are huge fans now.
Super Bowl Sunday at the Belchers.
Table side scores.
We had so much fun with our friends!
And electrician Tuesday.....only thing was his assistant was off that day so I had to help. When I say helped....I mean it. Up on ladders the whole time. No worries, he cut me a deal!
We got four new canned lights and it is amazing. We had one tiny light fixture that gave off no light. The kitchen looked yellow before. (we still have to patch up the hole though).
So so so much better.
We even have night lights!
Aunt Gina and Uncle Wayne sent Valentine's treats.
And the boys got to go to Airborne to get out energy before the snow came!
Mason had his last football game of the season.
The snow is here but I will do a separate post on that fun!
We got our new backsplash installed the next Monday.
So so so much better.
Last thing is paint on the cabinets and new hardware!
He scored a TD and got the two point conversion.
Brody got to go to his teammates birthday party at the indoor paintball place.
THEY HAD A BLAST. The boys can't wait to go again.
Even better, the paint eventually dissolves and it didn't mess up their clothes.
And lastly, we bought a new car. I will drive this Expedition and John will drive the Acadia for a little while. Happy Valentine's Day to me. =)
The snow is here but I will do a separate post on that fun!
