It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas

Christmas season has officially begun.

Our elves have arrived and already run out of ideas....ha

We always love going to our town square to see the annual lighting of the Christmas tree.  The kids run into their friends and who doesn't love hot chocolate?!?

This year they had more lights than ever.

Our elves rolled our tree.

Poor guy is just like his momma almost knocking himself out.
Thankfully, it went away real quick!

Flying elves.

Class picture day.  He looked so grown up.
Of course when the teacher told them they could bring a change of clothes....you better believe Mason was all over that.  Those jeans and sweater came off right after the pictures.

Brody helped me make a fruit pizza for bunco.
He may have eaten more than he put on the cookie.

When they wake up in the morning, they have five minutes worth of advent calendars to go through this year.  They each have one with chocolate that Uncle Wayne and Gina gave them, ones from school, and the Lego calendar.

This is a daily activity.
Every morning before school, they play soccer.

We added a few more lights this year since our neighbors have colored lights.
Our kiddos were convinced we needed more.

John and I had his work Christmas party last Friday night.  Since it is the 100th anniversary, they had it at The Peabody and was a little fancier.

Unfortunately, it was the same night as the Collierville parade.  Our neighbors were going, so Mom decided to take the boys and go with them.  It still makes me laugh that by 7am that morning, hundreds of chairs are lined up down Byhalia.  They got their chairs out early and had a great spot.

The kids loved it and kept saying they were so glad they got to go.

Meanwhile, John and I did have a great night out with his coworkers.  The place was decorated so pretty (should have taken more pictures) and the band was awesome.  I mean don't get me wrong, we were exhausted Saturday from staying up past 9pm, but it was a blast.  Ha.

So sweet.

They had a blast.  They even had hot chocolate after to warm them up.

Brody is loving his reindeer ring toss game.  Ha.

Lifting weights one morning.

Headed to church Sunday morning.

We decided to go to Starry Nights Sunday night.

Santa was there, so we stopped by to see him.
Mason told him he wanted Legos (which is not what he told us), and Brody said he wanted an iPad.  Pretty sure the Santa almost fell out of his sleigh.  Ha.

They make the parents get in the back so you have to buy two pictures.

They even had camel rides.

After all the fun expensive stuff, we got in the car to see the lights.

Of course they loved the lights.

Leroy and Michelangelo playing hide-n-go seek.

Making sugar angels.

Mom had lunch with Mason this week, he was thrilled.

Leroy got himself in a pickle.

We are counting down the days until Christmas!
