JB's Birthday

We had a wild weekend around here..

Well not really but our poor dog is outnumbered by wild boys.

Saturday morning we had a donut birthday party for our friend Maggie.  I made the mistake of telling Brody about the "donut party" on Monday and he begged for it every morning.

Finally getting his donut!  (after playing in a hot bounce house)

I hung out with these girls many of nights in hygiene school.  Crazy to think every one of us has a child.

Mine happened to be the only one doing flips down the slide.  =)

On the way home, we spotted a stand on the side of the road.  Mason was adamant we stop at the "fruit stand".   We loaded up on tomatoes, peaches, and a watermelon.

Saturday night, we went to Overton Square for an early dinner to celebrate John and Robert's 32nd birthday.  We went to Schweinehaus and really enjoyed the food.

And of course enjoyed the company.

Can't believe these old men are 32.

We had such a great night catching up with everyone and their lives.

Sunday we decided to throw some of Mason's underwear on Brody so he would HAVE to pee in the potty.  He actually did well.  Went a couple of times but then did have an accident....which he did NOT care about.

But this kid did.  I do not know how many times he said, "Brody, those are MY underwear!  You peed in MY underwear!!!"

Last night was John's actual birthday.  We had a tball game and then went to dinner with my parents.

We got there early enough to play on the playground before the game started.

Coach John and Mason on first.

Notice Brody's outfit.  Right after this he had a major blowout and had to wear his brother's clothes.  Thank goodness Mason had his clothes he wore all day at school.

Mason was happy Pops was there.

John picked Half Shell for dinner.

Brody wasn't having it in his oversized clothes.

My boxed cupcakes melted and flipped all over the place.  Nothing else to say about that.  Ha.

Brody would not eat.  I tried everything.  I told him he would not get a cupcake until he at least had one bite of food.  Well he showed me.

He bit off the tip of his french fry and went in for a cupcake...
