Labor Day

We headed to Mr. Charlie's and Mrs. Linda's for a Labor Day pool party.  It ended up raining pretty hard not too long after we got there, but it was still a fun afternoon.  

I had to post both of these pictures.  Brody is so happy in the first one and Mr. Jimbo is in the second.  Mr. Jimbo was letting him borrow his hat.

These two are a mess together.  They had so much fun running all through that house.  They were not bored at all when the rain came.  

Sunday night we went to our friend's (and now neighbors) Ben and Melissa's house for dinner.  It was basically past Brody's bedtime when we got there but he did great.  

He had a little entertainment.

Since they didnt have any kids' toys, Brody found the puppy toys to be quite entertaining.  He kept making himself roll off her dog bed.  

Mrs. Catey and Mason playing the matching game with the cards.  Somehow he won every time.  =)

It was a very fun night and I don't think Brody destroyed their house too much.   We are all Colliervillians now, so hopefully we will be getting together more often!

Monday, we had some of Mamaw's spaghetti for lunch.  I hate the mess of spaghetti, but we needed baths so might as well get filthy.  

Mom sent me this picture of me because she thought we looked so much alike.  I actually don't see it too much, but it does look like we both were/are very messy eaters.
